Meet Our Team

Owner/chef Simon Morriss & head chef Craig Edgell work closely with our local suppliers & kitchen brigade to create our menus. By using Kent based fishermen all local fish & shellfish are usually landed and on your plate the very same day & our Broadstairs based butchers ensures all of our game & meat are of the best possible quality.

We work closely with our Broadstairs based fishmonger to ensure our menu echoes the seasons & has been responsibly sourced. The majority of our menu will come straight from one of our fishmonger's 18 day boats which fish the waters off of Margate, Whitstable, Ramsgate, Folkestone and Broadstairs.

Food is at the heart of what we do & being located in both the garden of England & on the British coastline, we have access to a fantastic supply of local fresh ingredients which is showcased in our seasonally changing menus​

Although specialising in seafood, we always have meat & vegan options on our menus

Seafood Bar

Comfy bar stall seating located across from our open plan kitchen gives a buzzy vibe & a more casual dining experience. The chairs are suitable for children over 3 making this a great after school early dinner treat (they love chatting to the chefs whilst choosing from our little sailors menu) 

unfortunately this area is not suitable for high chairs or wheelchairs


Our trained cocktail bartenders take pride in delivering the same high quality & care for our cocktails as the chef's do for each dish

Using premium spirits, fresh fruit & ingredients enjoy your favourite cocktail handmade to order alongside a wide selection of local Kent wines & spirits

Look out for our showstopping Bloody Marys!
